Visit our online trade-in site to get an estimated quote for your device.
Once you accept the quote, we’ll email you a shipping label to send your device.
You can also visit any Rogers store to get a quote in person.

Prepare Your Device
Before trading in, make sure to:
Back up your data.
Remove personal accounts (e.g., Find My iPhone).
You may keep your memory card, if any.

Trade In Your Device
Online: Mail your device within 30 days of accepting the quote.
You’ll need your Rogers account number and mobile number to complete the process.In-Store: Bring your device to any Rogers store and complete your trade on the spot.
4.
Enjoy Your Trade-In Credit
Online trades: Credit will be applied to a future bill.
In-store trades: Credit can be used to reduce monthly financing, apply to a future bill, or redeem as in-store credit for accessories or purchases.
